At Gold Coast Hairstylist, we strive to provide the highest quality hair services. Our goal is your satisfaction. Because services are custom made and rendered, we do not offer refunds.

Hair Services(extensions installation, cut, color, treatments) Redo Policy

If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment with Amanda to ensure you love your hair.

Hair Products Returns Policy

Retail products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days if they are unused or lightly used.

Hair Extensions Return Policy

Any deposits paid to order hair extensions are not refundable due to the nature of manufacturers not accepting returns. Because they are hygenic products, ff they have been removed from the protective seal the brand will void the return.
